Aspartame is most commonly found in diet sodas, gum, and sugar free foods.
it has been blamed for:
- arthritis
- birth defects
- alzheimers
- lupus
- multiple sclerosis
- diabetes
when methyl alcohol, a component of aspartame, enters your body, it turns into formaldehyde. Formaldehyde is toxic and carcinogenic (cancer causing).
The FDA has gotten more complaints about aspartame than any other ingredient.
thats not all…when aspartame is paired with carbs it causes your brain to slow down its production of serotonin is needed to be happy and well balanced.
some of the 92 side effects listed by the FDA on aspartame are:
- memory loss
- nerve cell damage
- migraines
- reproductive disorders
- mental confusion
- bloating
- hair loss
- food cravings
- and weight gain
so please throw out the foods with aspartame in them!!!
